My ford dealer is a performance dealer, and when I got my new 9mm cable from them, the guy started to talk about contour mods, and he told me about this, and that not a lot of dealer knows about, He can reprogram the computer to be exacly like the SVT, and this will give me more than 15HP, and also remove the speed limiter...
