Cheater!!! I understand allowing the licenses to transfer, but the money thing just totaly ruins the whole point if the game. What kind of challenge is it to begin the game with a tricked out Skyline or something?
Well if you got it....then do it.  Game is still challenging....jeez took me a while to get the rest of the licenses.
