Actually you don't need an isolator.
If you are afraid you might drain your batteries from too much vehicle OFF listening, use a 200 amp Relay.
Most isolators result in a 0.5 to 1 voltage drop to your electrical system because most isolators are nothing but a BIG FAT Resistor.
You want to charge the rear batteries with the alternator as with the front battery.
If you want longer vehicle off play time, get more batteries with as high an Amp Hour rating you can package.
Hook all the batteries in parallel (positive to positive and negative to negative) and the amp hours are additive and you get a low internal resistance.
At one time I used eight 28 AH batteries with no CAP, Isolator or Relay. I could get like 13 volts with car off and play for hours contuously.
