i might be fuel relatedd???? but it might just be the fuel pump relay or a loose wire on the fuel line.. the mechanic can test it when it does not start.. he would put a fuel pump tester(cost about $40.00 from autozone.... attach it to the fuel line via a hose and crank it up.. if no pressure then the fuel pump is not pumping.. but that does not mean a bad fuel pump.. the fuel pump need electricity to work..... he then goes further done the line and checks and see if he has voltage to the pump.. if he does then it is probably the fuel pump.. if not then its the wiring to the pump or the relay or in some cases the contacts on them, including the relay and the ignition switch... if he is a decent mechanic then he can find the problem.. if it works sometimes and sometimes does not work then even a decent mechanic will have a problem finding the problem unless it fails to operate when he has it and is testing it...
