Try Pentagon Federal Credit Union . Free to join if you've got any military connection, otherwise you pay $25 (IIRC) to join a support organization, then join PenFed. The current auto rate is 3.9% up to 60 months. They have a mileage limit on what they'll finance but I'm not sure on an age limit.
