You know, making things easier for citizens makes politician's jobs harder!
With that said, if we stood the issue next to the hopeless plans for the war on terror, maybe politicians would take notice!
Just goofin' off, no political wars please

Obviously daddy was smart enough to get through medical school, but did you spot in the story how daddy was representing himself? Doesn't the old Abe Lincoln quote go: "a fool for a client and an ass for an attorney"?
Though the new appellate court opinion seems supportive of daddy having some possible cause of action against momma, daddy is probably already screwed (no pun intended) because of his prior lawsuit not having been done right, under issue preclusion/waiver of theories not asserted/res judicata. I'd like to know whether daddy represented himself on that prior one also. If not, there's a chance he has a malpractice action against whomever represented him on his prior suit.
Yes, in a more perfect ending, the child WOULD get monthly $ support from daddy, BUT daddy would get reimbursed in advance by a judgment against momma and he'd still have $$$ left over. Meanwhile, I'd sure NOT want to be a medical patient of momma if this is how she does things. And look at what SHE did to her kid, conceiving by such a scam AND then making it a matter of public record. Some "fit" parent she should turn out to be.

I certainly wouldn't want to screw the kids, but a money-grubbing wench?
Well, she gets 1/2 of the assets accumulated since the marriage begain, and ZILCH of what I had before I met her.

Here Here, that's what I'm saying. The man (well, it's usually a man) is watched to make sure he is paying, but there are NO checks to make sure the woman is spending that money on the child.
