Bad idea if you live in a place where the temp gets cold. Ford had this problem with the 97 F-150's, where when it got cold and the exhaust got hot, the heat bent the rims. That is why 98+ F-150 have the exhaust behind the tire. If you did it right I think it would look pretty sweet though.
yeah, the lightning still ahs the exhauast in front, my brothers 2000 f150 has it too
