right off the boxs.
I even have an engine diagram that shows the water pump in the out side. Sounds like i got my self a issue...
2004 mazda 6 cams...
I will have to have the end of the exhaust cam cut off..you were right like "always" warmonger... The escape cams have the water pump extension already...any one recommend something other than cutting or why i sould not cut it.

I am probly going with two exhaust cams with the same part number with out the exension so it will fit. I have to have it shipped from japan..
PLEASE HELP ME GET MY CAR TOGETHER! ITS IN DAYTON OHIO! I need the motor together and in the car so i can DRIVE it! Pleeeeeese!

Why TF are you spending so much time messing with cams? You're not going to get much else on top of what the SVT or normal cams give for a F/I application. What's another 10 hp when you're in the upper 300 range. Why are you wasting your $? You're a prime example of more $ than brains.

How about getting the pulley that MAzda uses on the exhaust cam, to run your WP, or is it not for the WP drive?
But, I just realised - you don't have the pass-through hole in the head to let you do this do you?

I thought the whole point of this project was excess... and what do you mean, "what's another 10hp": you get to those high numbers 10hp at a time, sometimes. Look at Demon... see any one thing that gives killer power (over a straight 3L)? Tweaking is key to a really powerful configuration.
I think this whole thing is rediculous, I'd buy something else. But he's not me, so hey, let's see another 400+ fwhp contour!
