I ordered some Team Dynamics Mirage wheels back in October of last year and there still not here so I'm considering the Centerline's; they are one of the only wheels for our cars that are light weight and look good. What is the quality issue with these wheels?
I believe they were called Impulse when I got them. I got the wheels when they first came out, ended up having 7 of 8 wheels that were not straight, right out of the box, would not balance what so ever. There was a long winded thread about the wheels a couple of years ago. You may find it with a search. I will never by forged wheels from Centerline ever again.
I know Chris had a bunch of problems with his wheels, but I got the exact same model of wheels off of ebay over a year ago, and mine have been absolutely wonderful. They all balance perfectly, weighed them at 12.5lb per wheel before I put them on, and have survived a couple of horrible potholes and one 25mph curbing incident without any damage at all. I will never buy a light cast wheel again.
A couple of local guys with fairly light cast wheels have completely bent their rims going over potholes in the last year only to find out that their wheel has been discontinued. I would highly suggest the Centerlines based on my experience. Plus, Centerline is having a clearance sale on their website right now and the wheels are ridiculously cheap at the moment.

Wow sharp car!! I think I have seen you around before. I am from the So. St. Paul area. Maybe we will meet up at one of the meets this summer. I would like to see that car in person!

i bought 19x7.5 centerline vikings and the things roll like a thing of beauty. no problems whatsoever, and they barely took any weight to balance. i know cuz i did it myself. ill post pics when i have them on.
