Well, the Focus Zetec and Tour Zetec have the same rods and pistons so it's theoretical that 300whp is doable for us as well. I hit 256whp and 276wtq on 91 octane...once. So, figuring the difference between 91 octane and 110 race gas, I feel it's doable. You do need a good tuner, though, and any deto and the engine is toast, but it's doable.
