On a different note, Po-Jay, from what I read it sounds like a separate EEPROM that "plugs" into the PCM. You'll flash this EEPROM w/ your cars program and then tune it from there. When operating, the PCM will likely be bypassed and the EEC tuner will sit in for your PCM. So, in reality you'll have two PCMs, one stock and the other being the EEC tuner, but only the EEC tuner will be "seen" by the car.
Am I close or waaaaaaay off on this?
