I would recommend Mobil 1 5w30 full synthetic. It is what I use and I love the stuff. They just came out with Mobil 1 Super Synthetic also, can't wait til my next oil change to try it. Mobil 1 is what Ford recomends for most of their high performance vehicles and it is what is also used in quite a few race car including some formula 1 I think.
Whats the deal with the new super synthetic?
There is N/P with changing from mobil 1 full synthetic to the new stuff because i already did
and haven't had a problem
