Fantasy? There are a lot of things that could have been done. Someone could have said something. It's easy to neutralize an escalating situation with words my friend. It wasn't like that entire situation happend in seconds with no time to react. Tell you what. Let the masses continue being a bystanders. I'll stick to what works for me.



You have to admit, though, shock can do a lot to make the onlookers freeze. Call it the "WTF?" effect. And the report said that the lady also went after the manager who was trying for de-escalation, if I remember correctly.
