I have one, but am by no means an expert. My friend did it so I figured I'd do mine also and he could help. I bought the stock 65mm 4.6L throttle body from a 98 GT. We had to unscrew the butterfly and then pull out the place where the throttle cable connects and flip it around. (Wishing I had a good close picture right now) Then, we had to file down some of the plastic to make the cable run smoothly thru it.
I got mine at
www.dfwstangs.com. Just find a mustang board and put a post out there that says, "Anybody who has upgraded the TB on a 4.6L mustang and wants to sell me their old one for $40 or so, let me know." I had mine in 24 hours.
