I would assume your friends' is the
200SX SE-R, right? The original Sentra SE-R departed after 1994.
Unfortunately, with its K-car/Maxima beam-axle rear end, the 200SX was a slight handling dissapointment out of the box, unlike its IRS Sentra predecessor. The whole package didn't have quite the un-quantifiable charm that the original Sentra SE-R had.
