Your dealer is full of crap. Any dealer who gives you excuses like that is like my FORD STEALERSHIP, and isn't worth spending another dime at. Prepare to find yourself a FORD DEALERSHIP, one that will actually do things right and not make up poor excuses as to why they can't fix your car.
