Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums Modifications Duratec Maintenance quick question about changing coolant temp sensor

I just picked up a coolant temp sensor to see if that fixes the problem with my CEL. My question is, should I drain out the coolant before I change it or would it be ok to just swap it out real quick without draining the coolant?
