If your arresting officer acted in good faith- meaning he relied on information provided from state records showing that you had a warrant- any attempt to sue for false arrest is going to be dismissed. Likely your lawyer will also be fined for frivilous lawsuit. But hey, good luck....
Imagine if officers had to question each and every warrant, and wonder if they were going to get sued every time they make an arrest. Nothing would ever get done...

Ray was arrested because an officer thought a biscuit crumb in a seat was Crack. Not because he had an outstanding warrant.
