A few years ago I was on Southbound I-5 leaving downtown Seattle just before 5 PM on a Friday. At close to the same time, a semi spilled its load of lumber just south of Tacoma and the 2x4s blocked literally every southbound lane.
Finally got to Olympia by 11:30 PM. Most of 6+ hours to go 60 miles on a superhighway with clear weather and no contruction.
It's good practice for when an earthquake hits.
