ECT sensor is about halfway down on the rear driver side of the engine. It screws in so the wiring connector faces the firewall. If you put your chin on the shock tower and look down under the throttle & cruise cables, you can barely catch a glimpse of the copper part that screws into the engine.

Well the sensor is replaced. Not sure if that was the problem or not, but we will find out pretty soon I am sure. I hope the stupid CEL doesn't come back on.
