Guys, as you already know, i cracked the tranny housing while dropping my duratec in. It is an egg size chunk popped off the front top bolt wright underneath the water pump, where the battery ground cable hooks. So far i could not find a housing only.
1. Will that piece safely and durably stay together after i JB weld it?
2. Would it pass the Highway safety inspection that i have to take the car to after putting a new engine
3. Any suggestions how to get the tranny and the engine to line up and the pegs and the TQ to snap in safely without busting any more ears of the alluminum.
