Just got 2000 Contour SE Sport from my dad....
I'm 16 the little camaro group laughed....

Raced 3 Camaros

First victim was a 87 iroc-z 305 engine a/t, mines a m/t by the way... ****in smoked that dude hard in 1/4 mile

Next was 88 basic camaro 305 engine a/t.... smoked it in 1/4 mile and at 70 mph

Last was the hardest.... 91 Camaro Z28 with a 6-speed Corvette transmission... He beat me in the 1/4 mile by not much more than 2 or 3 cars lengths and i beat him 70 to 110 mph

Anyways Im definately happy with what my tour can do and i was just wondering how i could get a 40 hp gain pretty cheap? what would be the cheapest way to get 40 more hp... a superchip, and air intake or what?

any help is appreciated...

and heres a list of other cars I've raced at the lights at the usual St louis crusin spot

v6 chevy extreme - won - good race
older integra, dont think it had vtec engine - won
chevy cavi z24 - won
honda accord v6 - lost - car started stuttering at higher rpms, anyone experience same things?
escort zx2 - won
and some others i cant think of right now.....

I might as well be the first one to say it. Street racing is not tolarated at this site, so I would chill on that kind of talk. No disrespect meant, just a little warning. If its done at the track, then its cool. The usual intake, exhaust, chip mods work well, but I doubt you will get 40hp from just that. Check the FAQ and the mods section on the main page. Lots of info there. Welcome to the CEG laugh
