Hey. I installed bass blockers on my 98 about 2 months ago and just yesterday my passenger side front speaker started only producing bass. There's not an ounce of treble coming out of it.
Any suggestions before I begin the task of taking the door panel off again....for the 5th time. lol.
TIA!!

Just remove the bass blockers and compensate with the controls on your head unit.

Are they 2 or 3 way speakers? Do they have their own input for the tweeter? - like a wire could have come disconnected or your tweeter took a crap.........

Dont think the blocker has anything to do with it as you installed it 2 months ago and now have a problem

If the bass blocker is hooked up correctly, it would not cause that to happen...search elsewhere...
