I did the SVT swap like you, and I didn't have the cooler. I had NO idea how to hook it up. I asked the mech if he could. He said it was not a problem. He mentioned new hoses. I didn't/couldn't watch while he worked. NO mechanic likes an overseer. I do know that I have a new hose that runs along the engine adjacent to the front spark plugs to the water pump area. All those connections scare me, so I chickened out and had the mechanic do the work.
