It's a nice looking system - Yodude is quality stuff, but for sre it will be loud with just one Flowmaster. Drone on that thing would be INSANE!

I had a setup much like that a little while ago. The drone wasn't too bad, until you drove around w/ the rear seats folded down. They it got kinda loud in the cabin. 310 seems like a good deal to me.

My custom 2.5" single exhaust was approx $250.
Dynomax Resonator $55 after rebate, Dynomax Muffler $20 after rebate, $80 mandrel bend piping from JCWhitney, $20 for 7' 2.5" pipe, $20 chrome tip and $40 labor at a local shop.
No rasp, little drone, pics coming. 3k rpms has a boomy sound, but 250 rpm + or - takes care of that.
FWIW, single 2.5" mandrel bend, flows approx. the same as 2.25" dual.

For some reason, I think a single in/dual out muffler won't make as much or help as much as a single/single due to the physics of air and fighting over two opening instead of a single larger opening. Correct me if I'm wrong (it's been a while since my last fluid dynamics lecture).

But coming out of the y-pipe and out of the resonator, and before the y split it is all 2.5" pipe before it splits to two 2.25" pipes. I see that the restriction is before it splits then. So 2.5" pipe is the minimum diameter in a stock SVT exhaust or even a custom one because of the y-pipe and resonator diameters.
Right?
