I went to replace the fuel filter tonight and couldnt get past step two on the intructions. For one thing, the picture in the intructions is nothing like the fuse box in my svt. Anyways, i found the right fuse and pulled it, yet the fuel pump was still providing pressure when i started it. Do you have to remove the pump relay as well?
