I can't believe I don't hear people complaining all the time about how bad the exhaust sounds because of these mods! It's like a swarm of angry Honduh's...
Sounds like complete Ass IMO... Even warm it sounds bad under hard acceleration.
We seem to be in the same boat. My theory is that some major muffling in the center region of the car, followed by long tail pipes will eliminate the rasp of a car with headers and no cat. I hoping that I can fit a 24-inch body Magnaflow 5x8 muffler (part no. 12286) under there. I can already see some obstacles, but hopefully they are nothing I can't work around.
