I believe the resonator is what takes that rasp out. Exhaust tone is a personal thing, I also took my resonator out, I liked it for awile but then just bought the bassani cat back. wonder what it would sound like with resonator and no rear mufflers, I wanted to try this but didnt want to mess with exhaust anymore.
