WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!!

Don't ever put trans fluid (or any other oil) in a brake system. If you do, you will probably need to replace the master cylinder, all brake hoses, all calipers and/or wheel cylinders.

Oil products will damage the rubber in brake systems, causing them to swell.

Back to the original question. You may need to finish bleeding the system. You may also just need to allow the new pads to bed into the rotors. I havn't driven your car so I can't say for sure, but it is not uncommon to have a SLIGHT spongy feeling just from the pads not yet fully seating into the rotors.

Sometimes when bleeding it helps to tap the caliper with a hammer to help break up any air bubbles.
