Dunno about all 3, but cleaning the pre-cats made my V6 about 10-15% louder in the cabin. Most of the increase seemed to come from the engine compartment as opposed to the tail pipe. A bigger res helps tame things down until you start matting the pedal. Deleting the main cat is alot louder, but not any better from most posts I've seen.
