1998 is my favorite year ... I only like my 98.5 a ton because it has the interior features of the 98 (cloth door panels, interior clock, raised window switches, etc.) I love the E0 SVT the most as well due to things that hadn't been decontented yet and the stock rims.
Second favorite year, 1996.
Least favorite year (for SVTs only), 1998.5 ... you lost the clock and other E0-specific niceties, got the new rims (which I don't like personally), and still have 195 HP.
