We drilled into the portion still stuck in the trans mount and removed it with an easy-out.

Then ou pulled out the giant mushroom looking metal portion out of the rubber isolator, pitched it in the trash, and replaced it with a large Grade 8.8 bolt of the same thread tt was before and large diamter washer . a $5 fix.
