I had it done 1 year 1/2 ago. After my son was born, my wife was diagnosed with Leukemia, so the docs really encouraged it. They were afraid another pregnancy would bring the cancer back. It takes about 15 minutes and is totally covered by insurance. If you take it easy it ain't bad. I watched movies and drank a six pack with frozen peas on my junk!
