My wife and I decided back when we were dating that neither of us wanted kids at all. After being married for almost 3 years, I decided to get snipped (I'm 30, she's 34). Its a big weight lifted, but it was no fun! If you're sure you don't want anymore/any kids then I say go for it.

I'd bet you can get some sort of discount (half the procedure time) if you only get one side done. It's definately a valid reason for a discount if I've ever seen one.

Go do it. I've been shooting blanks since 2001. I think the worse part about it was watching the procedure done on Discovery Health and then having my mother-in-law tell Susie that they could do the procedure... "it looks easy". *shudder* I had it done on a friday and was back to work on monday. I can still shoot a good 3 feet.
