I see deer all the time around here ... no deer crossing signs in my own neighborhood, only way you know where they cross is if you're around often
I tapped one with my Probe GT once going roughly 30MPH - thankfully it was running diagonally in the direction I veered, so it ran further away as I hit it. I can only hope I didn't break any of its legs (it stumbled as I hit it); there was no damage to my car.
