People WILL take into account that your car looks showroom new and that you have all maintenance records. That increases the value of the car to any serious buyer.

On the minus side, you have put 20k per year on the car, an above average amount. A serious buyer will take that into account. At 140k, the next owner will probably have to pay for some expensive repairs during his time of ownership.

I'd say price it at the going price for SVTs in your region, and be prepared to haggle.
