If you don't drive hard, 7500 should be ok. Someone ran an analysis at 7500 in their SVT and it was still good. If you run it hard, do a lot of driving in heavy traffic, drive in dust a lot, or something else abusive, then maybe go 5k or less. I've been going 3k, And since I just cleaned my UIM the cheater way, and did an auto-x, I'm going to change it at 3k. Then I'll go 5k and get an analysis on that oil, to see if it's ok.
