How often, if ever do you perform an engine flush?

I'm not understanding your question. You mean oil change? Or washing the engine? I'm assuming you mean changing the oil, since you're titling it synthetic oil users. I'd actually like to see a poll done for this question, just to see the margin of synthetic users and how long they go w/o changing the oil. Personally, I got 5k miles w/ Mobil 1 5w-30 w/ motorcraft oil filter.

Yeah i meant, how many oil changes/miles/km do you go before using an engine flush product. I usually go 7500 k or 4700 Miles using Mobil 1 and a Motorcraft filter.

I don't see it being needed if using a quality synthetic oil.

So using the oil change intervals that I am, on Mobil 1 (7500 km/4600 mi) I shouldn't need to worry about flushing the engine?

Did these all the time when i worked at Valvoline Instant Oil Change.....basically its a product you add to your oil (b4 draining it) run your engine w/ it in there for about 5-10 mins, drain it, pour fresh oil in untill the oil coming out is no longer black and it is actually very close to the color of the fresh oil your putting in (translucent), put in plug, fill up w/ oil, the end.
W/ a good syn, if you have ALWYAS used it for the life of the car then you really shouldn;t need to do it very often at all...maybe once every 5 oil changes if you want to be very critical about it.

Even tho I use Royal Purple's synthetic oil, I still go 3000 miles in between oil changes.
Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.
