I had one of those tornado air type things once. It was the a ' spiral max ' actually, I used it on my old sephia. (okay, so it was a new sephia) I did several tests with gas mileage and 'percieved' hp increase and didn't feel any. I kept a good log of fuel mileage of about 70k. I tried with and without it and didn't see a difference. Maybe it was just my car, who knows. The idea was definiately interesting.
I also have some info on an electronic turbo, similiar to the E-Ram, but computer controlled. If anyone is interested I'll post the specifics. It seems to me like it's better than an e-ram, but of course I have no hardcore proof.
