The reason I don't want to go the component route is b/c i dont want to have to cut my doors apart or mod it to work. It would probably only need to fab a plate which will hold the component but then you have to mount the tweet and i dont really want to drill any holes in the interior or have some ghetto setup where they just hang somewhere. I kind of just want the drop in so it stays stock you know?





All I did was use a longer screw to mount the tweeter on the same screw that holds the door peice in place. I kept the factory screws so that if I decide to take the out in the future, it will be easy =)
