I might purchase one (Tornado Fuel Saver)just to see if it actually works. If it works, then the overall theroy (spinning air is actually more stable)is sound, but unless someone has ACTUAL dyno data to post, then it doesn't really matter. Do the before and after dyno data to support the theroy (just to appease the masses). I'll do the same and post the results if I decide to purchase it.
