I can't say which size is actually the best, but two things to consider (when deciding) 1. The larger the accumulator the longer your engine is safe without pressure from the pump 2. How many quarts of oil do want to change when it is time?
I agree the BAT kit appears to be everything you'd need, but I can not verify since I went through SUMMIT and ordered the pieces to do it myself, I did however have a bunch of SUMMIT discounts so it cost me much less.
