I mean of course it will be made of metal, but the best way i could actually show what i'm talkin about is to make a model. It will look similar to a hollowed out jet engine. It will work in the way cross flow fans work, or some turbines. These produce high amounts of air pressure for small sizes. Also, when moving at high speeds, it could actually increase air flow by reducing turbulence (in theory). Like I said, sorry about that.
