Well i just got my pads and rotors installed today at the garage. I didn't notice it right away, but i just doesn't look right to me. The brakes work fine, it's just that the cross drill pattern looks like it should be going the other way. I'm pretty sure they're backwards compared to all the photos and posts i've searched through. Does this make a HUGE difference in the way the brakes function. I might be going back to the shop tommorow anyway - any suggestions?

Doesn't matter. Only way it would matter is if they were directionally vented, which I doubt they are.

I agree that if the cooling vent vanes are not directional then it doesn't matter. You may find this link helpful.

What he said.

The other way is common on most DV (Directional vane) rotors so that a hole is paased through each of the vents. If not you'd have a full row of holes in only one vent. Thus the pattern appears backwards to what you have now on yours.
