I don't like Beer [flame suit on] but I had Guinness on tap in Ireland (Rep.) and I Liked it. But I come back to Canada and it tastes like crap! That little wigget or whatever it is to keep the Head doesn't help for freshness.

That is because they have to ship it. I've been told by a friend in Liverpool that Guinness tastes better in the US than it does in the UK. They have different methods of shipping the black stuff. Keep in mind Guinness Extra Staut is made in Canada for the NA market.
