I couldn't begin to make a favorites list but here is a quick sorta almost attempt.

-Samuel Smith's anything. they know beer better than anyone, IMO. They don't make a single offensive brew.
-Any trappist ale with the possible exception of Chimay Wit, but I think i just had a bad glass. Chimay Grande Reserve was my favorite with Trappist Westvleteren being right up there.

Favorite widely available draft beer: Guinness
Favorite cheap north american macrobrew: Old Milwaukee (it has flavor!)

I do have a thing for Bellhaven Ale on tap, as well.

The only beer I found completely undrinkable was Newcastle. Had it 5 times thinking I just had a bad pour and each time, it was brutal.

I agree with all your points, except Newcastle. Newcastle is the king of the brown ales and that comment gets you the " I like British flat ass beers on tap award!"
