Damn you are making it MUCH MORE difficult than it is.
The entire terminology refers to the ENGINE. That's it.
No induction, no exhaust, no tranmsmission, et cetera.
Full Oval Port is 3L oval heads and 3L block.
Hybrid is 2.5L heads and 3L block.
It really is as simple as that.
SVT is commonly added if the SVT camshafts have been added to the mix.
Normally that includes all the SVT manifolds as well but those in themselves DO NOT make it an SVT 3L. The cams are what give it that nomenclature.
Most of the time the manifold type is a given. (i.e. any split port head is using spit port manifolds

Nearly all oval port engines are running split port manifolds
IIRC there are only 1 or 2 people running 3L oval port manifolds. That can using be designated by stating such.
However it has NOTHING to do with it being a hybrid or full oval port.
