Did you know Ed Tannouse (sp?) He went from UofR to GW-Law also.
If you're a lawyer shouldn't you be driving a new BMW

The name's familiar but I suck with names, I'm sure I'd know him if I saw him though. I did take a year off between UofR and GW though so he'd have been a year ahead of me at GW Law.
Sure, I *could* be driving a new BMW, but (a) do you have any idea how much law school costs?! I'm going to be paying for it when I retire probably, and (b) I've got 2 kids to save for college for also. Plus, I don't believe in buying new cars when I can let someone else take the big depreciation hit and I can buy it with lots of life left for 1/3 of the cost of new.

Yeah, I even bought my relatively cheap contour used with 12000 miles on it. I have heard how bad law school payments are from my brother in law - my sister went for her JD, got a good job and quit 6 months later to have kids. Never went back, still paying off the loans today Oh and to make this somewhat on topic - I also did my Comp Sci at RIT but never botered to sign up for a degree since I was already programming at Xerox anyway.

Chick-Fil-A always sounded like the name of a bad serial killer slasher movie to me... Anyway... BA Management/BA English Hamline University, St. Paul Minnesota
