Yeah you buy the enagement right. The engagement ring is the one with the big stone in the middle (unless yer cheap or your girl has small hands if yer lucky). She wears that forever and when you get married you add on the wedding band which just has some small "bagettes" (or small diamonds) around it.

Some people dont get a wedding band and just use the engagement ring for the whole marriage. It's all your preferance really.

But you only have to buy one "ring". You can buy a band if you so desire.
