May seem like a silly question but has anyone tried to run a muffler int he resonator postion and then have a 90 degree facing down (but not haning to low) right in the middle of the car? I'm just thinking that this would give max flow cause there would be little bends.
The drawbacks I can think if is maybe carbon monoxide leaking into the car, arent they sealed enough? Probably too loud or a vibration under the floor board, and a funny looking back end for a CSVT but not for my Roush cougar
Can anyone clue me in on some basic principles of exhaust sound after it leaves the pipe? Does the sound amplify travling through a pipe? etc. Thanks guys!
